Apply now to the 2010 Monster DLP!

How to Apply

The Diversity Leadership Program (DLP) will give you an opportunity to network with company employers in a setting that will provide professional and personal growth in any career endeavor you pursue.

By applying to the Monster Diversity Leadership Programs (DLP), you also get an all-access pass to an invaluable network of opportunities and resources. As a networking program, the DLP connects you to a number of partners and organizations that will provide you leadership and career-building tools.

However, the Monster DLP seeks out students of caliber. This means they have a proven record of leadership through enthusiasm and involvement in volunteerism, extracurricular activities, and a successful work experience.

Before applying, please be sure to go through the check-list to ensure your eligibility.

  • An incoming second-year (Sophomore status), third-year (Junior status) or fourth-year (Senior status) undergraduate student. This is defined by the year of college you will be entering for the Fall term of 2010. We also consider students who have obtained their undergraduate degree in December, 2009 or will be graduating in May 2010.
  • Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited four-year college or university during the Fall term of 2010. We will also accept students who are pursuing an associate degree if he/she has already been accepted as a transfer student to an accredited-four year college or university for Fall 2010.
  • Although all students will be considered, we recommend that applicants maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or possess a GPA of 3.5 or higher in their chosen major).
  • U.S. citizen, a permanent resident of the U.S, or have an F-1 student visa. Note: We cannot accept non-U.S. residents, or individuals with H-1 or J-1 Visas.
