About The DLP

The Monster Diversity Leadership Programs (DLP) brings together the nation’s top companies and college students of diverse background in a networking platform that encourages people to Connect, Learn, Inspire, and Lead. Through a high-energy, educational program; the program will empower tomorrow’s leaders to embrace diversity; strengthen their leadership and career skills as they transition into the workforce.

CONNECT
Today’s workplace is evolving at a fast-pace with different facets of culture, alternative communication and thinking styles. Monster DLP will encourage students and employers to connect with one another and broaden their understanding of diversity.

LEARN
The DLP has created a platform for students to learn from industry professionals on how to leverage career success in the job market. Through interactive career sessions throughout the event and resources beyond the weekend program; the DLP will equip students with the right tools.

INSPIRE
As a part of Monster’s vision to inspire people to improve their lives; the DLP will provide different exercises that encourage goal-driven students to embrace their full potential while inspiring confidence in themselves and in their peers.

LEAD
Leadership has different forms and we want our student participants to define their leadership style while fostering a diversity of ideas through participation in our program. Therefore, we will lead students through a once-in-a lifetime experience based on the principle of “edutainment.”
