Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Rolling basis means we review
applications at the time they are received, rather
than after the end of the application period. This
process naturally rewards students for submitting
their application early, as admission slots are
awarded on a daily basis.

Monster seeks students of caliber to participate in
the DLP. Although there is no minimum GPA
requirement to be considered eligible; successful
candidates are able to demonstrate strength in the
qualities outlined below. Candidates will be
evaluated based on strength of their academic
ambition, leadership, and participation in
college/community activities, work experience and
personal goals.
Enthusiasm for Leadership. We acknowledge
and welcome leadership on any scale. We appreciate
students who have a proven record of leadership –
from organizing classrooms to directing members of
an organization, to spearheading initiatives in the
community. In essence, we are looking for evidence
of your potential.
Drive for Knowledge & Conversation. The
Diversity Leadership Program is a demanding,
fast-paced, and highly-verbal environment. We look
for individuals who will thrive on sophisticated
ideas and lively discussion. Past successful
participants have a drive towards growing their
intellect while having a strong sense of
communication.
Engaged Community Citizen. The DLP
experience will require students to actively
participate and collaborate with other participants
in the classroom discussions and in projects. That's
why we look for students who exhibit the highest
ethical standards and respect for others, and can
make positive contributions to the DLP workshops.
The right candidates must be eager to share their
ideas, support their colleagues, and teach as well
as learn from their peers.
To be considered for the Diversity Leadership
Programs, you must complete the application in its
entirety. Apply Today!

A. The

diversity. "Diverse Background" refers to
someone who has been exposed to a unique, distinct
environment. Whether that refers to ethnicity or culture, etc., we encourage you to
apply if YOU feel compelled to participate as
a student of a diverse background. During the
application, you will have the opportunity to define
your diversity, if you so choose.
